Dighi Special Economic Zones (SEZ) is designated as a duty-free enclave, and deemed to be a foreign territory for the purpose of trade operations, duties and tariffs.

The DSEZ would be a multi-industry SEZ. With a land bank of over 2000 acres, it's the largest port-based SEZ in Maharashtra. DSEZ has all regulatory permissions and licenses in place ensuring that manufactures will be able to start operations with the least possible lead time.

D SEZ is also inclusive of a Free Trade Warehousing Zone, which will comprise of dedicated, all-purpose world-class infrastructure for warehousing of various products, state-of-the art equipment, transportation and handling facilities, commercial office space, water, power, communication and connectivity, with one-stop clearance of import and export formality to support this integrated zone as an "International Trading Hub".
